These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bdeasy platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the bdeasy website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
What These Terms Cover
All players must be at least 18 years of age. bdeasy enforces a strict 18+ policy with identity verification. Accounts belonging to underage players are closed immediately, and all balances forfeited.
Each player may hold exactly one bdeasy account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended without notice. All balances and pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts are subject to review and forfeiture.
All transactions on bdeasy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. Withdrawal times vary by method; verified accounts receive funds within three to five minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.
All bdeasy games use certified random number generators from internationally audited studios. Collusion, arbitrage betting, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. bdeasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in account termination.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdeasy platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, and customer support channels — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration and is reaffirmed each time you log in to your bdeasy account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdeasy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdeasy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the bdeasy website, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
bdeasy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility and Age Verification
To create and maintain a bdeasy account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any corporate entity.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your location.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdeasy or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
- You have not previously been excluded from the bdeasy platform or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
bdeasy reserves the right to request identity documents from any player at any time to verify age, identity, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of pending withdrawals. Accepted forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration
Each individual may register one account only on the bdeasy platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdeasy will close all such accounts, retain any bonuses or promotional winnings associated with them, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdeasy username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdeasy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdeasy support immediately.
3.3 Account Currency
All bdeasy accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, bets, and winnings are expressed and processed in BDT. bdeasy does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign exchange fees are charged on transactions conducted through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdeasy reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing at least 30 days' notice by email to the registered address. Where an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting bdeasy customer support.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bdeasy accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available for direct bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your gaming balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions, subject to successful payment processing.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your bdeasy account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits made from payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited and will be reversed where technically possible.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For fully verified accounts, mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within three to five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
bdeasy reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with the account's deposit history, or flagged by our fraud monitoring systems. In such cases, processing times may be extended pending the outcome of the review. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed if: (a) the account has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violations; (c) the account has been suspended or flagged for compliance review; or (d) the requested amount exceeds the available withdrawable balance.
4.3 Fees
bdeasy does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals conducted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independently of bdeasy. bdeasy accepts no liability for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the bdeasy platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface or betting market page.
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
bdeasy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a palpable error has occurred in the odds or pricing; (b) the bet was placed after the event or market has concluded; (c) there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or suspected match-fixing; or (d) the bet would breach applicable rules or legal requirements.
In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market. Where no specific rule applies, the default position is that stakes are returned to the player's account.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. bdeasy reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where irregular or abusive betting patterns are identified.
5.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bdeasy will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly based on server-side records. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, stakes will be returned. bdeasy is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Bonuses and Promotions
bdeasy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
- One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Modification and Withdrawal: bdeasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes seasonal offers, referral bonuses, reload bonuses, and all other incentive programmes.
- Abuse and Exploitation: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage, systematic play patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other abusive method will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. Their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdeasy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one bdeasy account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the bdeasy platform or its content.
- Using the bdeasy platform for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from bdeasy.
- Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by creating new accounts after having voluntarily excluded.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
bdeasy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. As part of this commitment, we make the following tools available to all registered players via the account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your bdeasy account.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Alerts: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a defined duration.

Intellectual Property
All content on the bdeasy platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of bdeasy or its licensed content providers. All intellectual property rights in this content are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdeasy platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on platform content; (c) use bdeasy branding or trademarks in any context without express written consent; or (d) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdeasy and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the bdeasy platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of gaming funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other loss arising from:
- Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond bdeasy's reasonable control.
- Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement calculations where bdeasy has acted in good faith to correct the error promptly.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Third-party payment processor delays, failures, or errors.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
bdeasy's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Termination and Suspension
bdeasy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other financial crime.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a bdeasy deposit.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that the account was registered using false information.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, bdeasy may withhold any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and not associated with fraudulent or abusive activity, they will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting bdeasy customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been forfeited.
Amendments, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous
12.1 Amendments
bdeasy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the bdeasy website. The effective date of each version is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the bdeasy Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdeasy with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
12.4 Language
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
